Extended Length Hole Saw "Master" Kit (3" DEEP SAWS)

The "Master" Kit includes the following saws - 1-1/4", 1-1/2", 1-5/8", 1-3/4", 2" as well as 1 x 4oz bottle of Cool Tool II Notching, Cutting & Tapping Fluid!

Max cut angle you can achieve with a 3” deep saw with a single pass (not removing any cut material):

  • 1-1/4" thick material -  65 degrees from a perpendicular cut
  • 1 ½” thick material – 60 degrees from a perpendicular cut
  • 1 5/8” thick material – 57 degrees from a perpendicular cut
  • 1 ¾” thick material – 54 degrees from a perpendicular cut
  • 2” thick material – 48 degrees from a perpendicular cut

    FEATURES:
  • Bi-Metal Construction for safety/longevity and shatter resistance
  • High Quality M42 HSS teeth with appropriate rake for all materials
  • 8-12 TPI variable pitch to help reduce chatter
  • 3″ cutting depth
  • 5/8-18 threads (industry standard like other hole saws)
  • Custom designed in the USA
